Urgent Care Patients

1. Before visiting the hospital

  • Please call before visiting the hospital.
  • Please bring the following:
    1. Hospital card (if you are a returning patient)
    2. Health insurance card
    3. Recipient certificate
    4. Medicine notebook, or medicine you are currently taking
  • Check in at Window No. 3 on the 1st floor of the South Ward, and proceed to the No. 8 Central Treatment Room.

2. Please note

Note: Please wear a mask if you have a cough or fever.

  • You will be examined in the order you check in.
    However, patients with severe conditions have priority. In this case, the order of examination may change.
  • Urgent care patients visiting at nighttime or during holidays will be seen by the on-duty doctor, and a minimum examination will be performed.
  • Patients who want a consultation or examination by a specialist are recommended to schedule an outpatient visit during weekday reception hours.
  • Urgent care visits are for emergency treatment.
    As a rule, the length of all prescriptions is one day (or the number of holidays if the following day(s) is a holiday).
  • Please visit a specialist the following day if you are recommended to do so.

Pediatric Urgent Care

  • Open from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Sundays
    Reception from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM
  • You do not need to call in advance.
  • Hospital card (for returning patients), health insurance card, medicine notebook
  • Check in at Window No. 3 and proceed to the pediatrics department outpatient reception.
    You will be seen in the order you check in, but patients with severe conditions have priority. Patients with less severe symptoms may be asked to wait.
