Currently, there are a large number of patients for orthopedic surgery, urology, and ophthalmology, making it difficult to provide examinations for first visit patients without an appointment.

For first visit patients who want an examination in one of these departments but do not have an appointment for Asa Hospital via their PCP health care facility, please first visit your nearest health care facility.

1. At the window

Patients who scheduled an appointment for a Medical Collaboration Office at Asa Hospital via their PCP health care facility

After visiting the reception window

Your hospital card will be created in 5 to 10 minutes after receiving your form, and you will be called from the New Patient Reception (Window No. 1 of Central Reception).

You will be given a file with a check-in slip and hospital card at the New Patient Reception (Window No. 1 of Central Reception). Once you receive it, proceed to the medical department reception window.

2. At the medical department

Present your file to the medical department reception window.

Wait in the waiting lobby of the department.

When your reception number is displayed on the electric bulletin board, proceed to the examination waiting room.

When it is your turn, your name will be called.

When your name is called, proceed to the examination room.

When visiting the hospital as a returning patient, reception is performed using your hospital card. Follow the instructions in Returning Patients. Issued hospital cards do not have an expiration date and are used every time you receive an examination or treatment at all departments in the Hospital. Please take good care of the card.
